A bicycle tool kit from a city that knows cycling

I'm not a cyclist myself, but my husband often bikes several miles to and from work. And--because his bicycle is not exactly what you would call "new"--he has more than once found himself stuck on the side of the road with a busted tire or other problem. Somehow always when it's dark and rainy.
