Dance worthy tunes

My son loves to get down and boogie. Thankfully he's not picky about the music which allows me to pick the tunes we both enjoy. We groove to a wide variety of kids songs from the clever lyrics of Laurie Berkner to the standard favs from Raffi to the more folksy sound of Dan Zanes. But lately we've really been rocking out to the music of Ralph's World.

Considering he's released a half dozen albums over the last four years, I feel like we're coming a little late to the party. Regardless, these cd's are totally worth the mention. He manages to achieve that illusive combination of fun lyrics and catchy tunes that appeal to young and old alike. I mean, who doesn't love lyrics like these: "M-O-M-M-Y needs C-O-F-F-E-E". Truer words have not been spoken
