See Kai create shoes we love

Springtime is here, bringing with it some of our favorite things: cherry blossoms, the return of sunshine (we hope), and the latest styles from Northwest fav See Kai Run.

Twice a year the Washington-based, parent-owned company debuts its newest designs for infants (0-18 months) and toddlers (sizes 3-9). Our practical side loves See Kai Run for its ultra-soft sheepskin leather, flexible soles, and handy Velcro closures. Our less-practical side melts over the modern styling--hip designs that still look like they're meant for kids.

infant leather shoesThis year my daughter will be sporting the scrumptious buttercup Lindsay from their Smaller line of infant booties. They have a flexible suede sole just right for babes learning how to walk, with rubber pads at the heel and ball to add a little extra grip and protection. Soft padding around the ankle is another thoughtful detail, great in the summer when feet go into shoes bare.

This is also when See Kai Run's recent fall/winter styles go on sale, so the planners among you can can snag a deal for when the cold weather rolls around again. The rest of us will happily focus on dress shoes and sandals for the sunny days right ahead.

Thank the sponsor for me please! Thanks again!"
