Low-fat, organic chocolaty goodness
It had been one of those days and I needed some chocolate. But I wasn't so desperate that I was willing to cram any fattening morsel into my mouth. I prowled the grocery store snack aisle looking for a tasty, low-fat and organic chocolate treat. I pulled a box of Erin Baker's Double Chocolate Chip Organic Brownie Bites off the shelf and read the label. Made in Washington. No trans fat. All natural. Organic ingredients. Less than 100 calories. Low fat. This was too good to be true! Frankly, I was expecting these Brownie Bites to taste awful but I figured it was worth a try.
So I paid for my groceries, loaded up the car and made it about a block before I ripped open the box. (Did I mention it had been one of those days?) Oh. My. Chocolaty. Goodness. Seriously, these do not taste low-fat or all-natural. I'm definitely picking up the Mint Chocolate Chip flavor next.
