At that point, it's hard enough to determine whether it's day or night, let alone what you're going to have for dinner. And now with Oregon's Meal Baby online meal registry service, it's easier than ever to organize all those offers of help.
You can set up your own registry or someone else can create it for you. It details all the necessary information from dates to your food preferences to driving directions. Once your registry is complete, an email invitation is sent and your friends and family can then sign up for available dates. They even indicate what type of food they will prepare to help avoid duplication. Non-locals or non-cooks can still get in on the action by sending a restaurant gift card. And while they're signing up to help you with a meal, your friends and family also have the option to help feed the hungry with a donation to Feed the Children at the same time.
